Thermal water
The thermal water of the Zsóry Bath
The thermal water of the Zsóry Bath is quite special as it has the highest content of sulphur out of all of the thermal waters of Hungary. This is also the cause of its unmistakable scent. Sulphur is absorbed through the airways and the skin while in the water and it is very beneficial for some skin conditions (psoriasis, eczema, acne) due to its antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects and as it reduces itchiness. Since sulphur can build into your cartilage, it has the power to greatly improve arthritic joints. The long-term anti-inflammatory and painkilling effects of sulphur water in helping treat lower back pain, rheumatoid arthritis and arthrosis have been confirmed by clinical studies.Although it may sound unusual, our body needs sulphur to function properly. If you suffer from sulphur deficiency, your organs, i.e. the liver, the pancreas, the lungs, the skin, the brain but most frequently limbs and joints can be affected. This may lead to the development of conditions such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout or multiple joint inflammation. Sulphur deficiency may be caused by improper nutrition (decreased consumption of meat and vegetable protein), stress and changing weather. The thermal water of the Zsóry Bath has the perfect make-up to prevent and cure sulphur deficiency related illnesses. The body retains and stores a significant amount of the sulphur it absorbs during bathing. The sulphur water also helps healthy people rejuvenate and maintain their good health.
Medical recommendations:
Locomotive illnesses: arthrosis, degenerative disorders of the spine, disorders of soft tissue, acute stages of rheumatoid arthritis, post-injury treatment, post-operation rehabilitation.
Dermatological conditions: psoriasis, seborrhea, eczema, itches.
Gynecological conditions: chronic inflammation of the pelvis, functional disorders of the ovaries, chronic pelvic pain.
Our thermal waters represent real cures, which also means that you should keep in mind that not all conditions can be treated with them. A prior medical exam has to be conducted to make sure that there is no contraindication to the treatment. Natural medical apparatuses should be used over a course, which normally consists of 10-15 treatments.
